You will be surprised to find that this first appointment is totally FREE and non-obligatory. David will come to your premises, or see you at our office, whichever is most convenient for you. An informal and friendly talk will take place between David, yourself and a member of our team to discuss your requirements.

This initial discussion will take about an hour, and it would be helpful if you could have available for this meeting details of your present method of accounting, i.e. Sage, written books, etc. On their return to the office David and other members of our team will work together on a tailor-made proposal designed to specifically meet the individual needs of your company, which will be sent or delivered to you at the earliest opportunity. We at Allchurch Bailey are proud to offer this unique service, because we recognize that no two companies are the same and therefore accounting requirements differ.

After you have had sufficient time to read and digest the proposal, either David Brown or Sandra Francis, our Marketing Co-Ordinator, will contact you for your feedback. If at that point you decide you are not interested in pursuing matters, we will not contact you again unless you specifically ask us to, but rest assured we are confident we can offer the best service for your individual requirements. On the other hand, if you decide to change your present accountants and come to us, we will make the change-over period as easy as possible for you and will assist in every way with any administration required to make that change.

Once you have appointed us (and once again, we are confident this will be the best decision!) we will appoint one of our team as your individual Client Manager, who will be responsible for your work. Our Client Managers each have a team who will all be aware of your account, so if your specific Client Manager is not available for any reason, then a team member will see you or take your call in the event of any query. In the unlikely event that they are not immediately able to help you, they will do everything in their power to ensure that your query is addressed as quickly as possible.
